The hotel went above and beyond in terms of service. The staff, especially Mr. Deep, was extremely helpful and courteous, even going as far as guiding us to the property when we got confused. The rooms were spacious and had a unique feature of a small kitchen, which was very convenient for our stay. The hotel was located in a beautiful area close to the lake, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere.
Minor improvements in terms of curtains and towels can be made.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the polite staff, reserved parking, clean apartment rooms with well-furnished amenities, and amazing hill views. The hotel location was easily accessible and the staff was prompt in providing transportation and arranging sightseeing cabs on short notice.
No negatives from this place.

The staff was absolutely amazing, always willing to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were cozy and well furnished. The location was great, with easy access to all the important places we needed to visit during our business trip. Additionally, the view from our room was simply breathtaking, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The bathroom was quite basic with a small basin and toilet seat and no window making it feel a bit cramped. The WiFi signal was weak and we had to use our own mobile hotspots. Although the towels were clean, they could use an update. we enjoyed our stay despite these minor issues and would recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

During my Christmas stay, I was glad to find the rooms spacious and cozy, and the view was breathtaking. the location of the hotel was also convenient as it was situated near the main area, making it easy to access different parts of the city.
My experience was ruined by the poor service and maintenance. the staff seemed uninterested in their jobs and were non, responsive to our needs.
